Offer Submission Process
The seven parcels comprising The Elbow River Estate Collection will be listed on the MLS® System of the Calgary Real Estate Board and publicly available on Realtor.ca.
The Government of Alberta requires a mandatory two-week advertising period before offers may be reviewed.
Offer Review Schedule
Tier 1 – 40 Avenue Estate Collection
• 409 40 Avenue SW — Offers requested on or before 8:00 AM MST, July 14, 2026
• 407 40 Avenue SW — Offers requested on or before 8:00 AM MST, July 16, 2026
• 415 40 Avenue SW — Offers requested on or before 8:00 AM MST, July 22, 2026
Tier 2 – Riverdale Collection
• 640 Riverdale Avenue SW — Offers requested on or before 8:00 AM MST, July 24, 2026
• 708 Riverdale Avenue SW — Offers requested on or before 8:00 AM MST, July 24, 2026
• 718 Riverdale Avenue SW — Offers requested on or before 8:00 AM MST, July 28, 2026
Tier 3 – Sifton Collection
• 715 Sifton Boulevard SW — Offers requested on or before 8:00 AM MST, July 30, 2026
Multiple Offer Process
Where more than one offer is received on a property, the Government of Alberta will evaluate all offers through its standard review process.
Escalation clauses and automatic price-escalation provisions will not be considered.
Buyers are encouraged to submit their strongest offer from the outset.
Buyer Representation
Buyers working with a REALTOR® may have their representative prepare and submit an offer on their behalf.
Unrepresented buyers may request a Customer Due Diligence and Purchase Package directly from the listing team.
